A crisp, but sunny and bright Fall day in Sparta New jersey was the stunning setting for Kaitlyn and Tom’s big day. The Covid19 pandemic had dampened their plans to be married earlier in 2020, but these two just couldn’t wait. They’re love was too strong for this virus, and they rescheduled their wedding for the fall. I was lucky to still be available, and excited to shoot a wedding this year to show coronavirus we can live and thrive and power through it just fine!

I’ve known Kaitlyn for years, as she was an employee of mine during college when I was a manager for a lifeguarding company! She kept seeing my photography on social, and reached out to capture her special day.

The reception was held safely at the beautiful St. Pius X Church in Montville, New Jersey, and then the couple hopped in a fun classic white car and we all followed behind up to the Lake Mohawk Country Club in Sparta. A fairytale castle on the lake, this club feels grand and sits right on the lake. The warm weather let the guests party outside to a live band, and Kaitlyn and Tom had the time of their lives. I enjoyed every minute of the wedding and loved capturing the day. Congrats to the happy couple.
